Tours description
The tour starts outside the main entrance at Hotel Ullensvang with a guided garden walk in one of the most intense and central fruit areas in Norway.
The cider in Hardanger is made from hand-picked quality apples that have had the best conditions to develop a unique taste.
There will be cider tasting at Opedalstunet or Alvavoll Frukt- og Cidergard. You will hear about the farm's history, fruit growing and taste cider or apple juice from the farm. The farms produce apples, plums, pears, honey and juice.
